The Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation appeared to be a small player in the world of well-known coffee producers, but we learned that they take extreme care to produce quality products, some that we sampled. We were taken through the sorting process, but were not privy to the roasting of the beans. Of course, we spent quite a bit of time in their gift shop.
