Many years ago, when Jani was a DEEP employee at Topsmead State Forest, she and Gary resurrected a pamphlet for a nature trail there. It was a bare bones 8-page guide made with a copier and had limited publication.

The Friends of Topsmead State Forest, of which Jani is a board member, has assumed many of the state’s roles and wanted to publish updated guides. With Gary’s help they printed the new version of the guide in a new 4-fold brochure format. This new brochure is much easier to manage, has updated changes that have occured on the trail and has incorporated some new graphics, branding, and a QR scan code that will connect users to the Friends internet website.
